This is a zoom and pan interface. You can zoom with the +/- buttons in the lower right corner or with your mouse wheel. Panning is done by holding left mouse button down and moving mouse. As you zoom, you will see grid lines and channel numbers appear below the x-axis which will help you figure out channel ranges of spectral segments.
